Flightsave24 not recording

Hi, I have bought a copy of Flightsave24 and cannot seem to get it up and running. It tells me that it is online but it is not saving the flight every 10 mins like I have programmed it to do. I think it has to do with it not seeing the flight plan. Could you let me know how to get this up and running. I use SimBrief to work out the flight plans and any further changes I do is in Navigraph before manually programming the FMS in the CRJ 700.

First you should have the v3.1 version. Check.

Set 10 and a name and click Save Flight. The Save Flight button should go red. You should see the saved flight locations with the Flights button active, in green.

The save flight function in FlightSave24 should save with or without a flight plan.
